CHECK OUT

It is important to safe guard the return of your deposit and therefore, you must ensure the property is returned in the same clean state and condition it was at the commencement of the tenancy.

At the time of the check out, the inventory used at the time of check in will be updated with any differences in the condition of the property from the start of the tenancy to the end of the tenancy.

If the differences noted are deemed to be anything other than reasonable fair wear and tear, the Landlord may request deductions from the deposit and would generally be defined for the reasons below:

Excessive wear and tear

Accidental or malicious damage

Missing fixtures and fittings

Cleanliness of the property

You will be notified at the time of the check out whether any deductions are likely to be made.

This above is not a comprehensive list and you must be aware, that other deductions could be requested for breaches of contract.
