A pre-check out is completed generally 3-4 weeks before the actual end of your tenancy in order to inspect the condition of the property and aid with the check out process.

If any areas of deterioration are noted, that are not considered as being “fair wear and tear”, you will be notified accordingly.

Any items that you are notified of, should then be addressed prior to the check out being completed as the Landlord may potentially otherwise deduct money from the deposit.
