Before the start of your tenancy you will be required to pay at least one months rent in advance and usually the equivalent to 6 weeks rent as a deposit.

The deposit you pay will be registered, as legally required, with one of the government approved tenancy deposit schemes and returned at the end of the tenancy, less any reasonable charges for breach of contract.

Once the deposit has been registered, you will be provided with the necessary documentation confirming the deposit has been protected and will include the following:
