Arrangements will be made to meet you at the property to take you through the inventory and schedule of condition.

Whilst the condition of the property should already be noted, this will give you the opportunity to add any further comments regarding the state of the properties fixtures and fittings.

At the time of the check in, you will be provided with a welcome pack which includes the following:

Welcome letter & information

Deposit protection letter

Energy performance certificate

Gas safety certificate

Repairs and maintenance manual
