FEES AND CHARGES

Pre-tenancy:

  • Tenancy administration & referencing fee - 185.00 (including VAT) per person
  • Holding deposit - typically 2 weeks rent
  • Check in / check out administration fee - 20% of the agreed monthly rent (including VAT)
  • Deposit - 6 weeks rent (less any holding deposit paid)

    • Tenancy Duration:

  • Tenancy renewal fee - 125.00 (including VAT) per person
  • Replacement tenant (departing) - 125.00 (including VAT) per person

    • Tenancy Termination:

  • Providing a Landlord reference - 25.00 (including VAT) per person
  • Providing a mortgage reference - 35.00 (including VAT) per person
